Dark sky issues are important to more than the just the astronomy
community. One issue people aren't aware of is how excessive light
affects migratory birds. I was thinking FDO as well as the Nature Center
should write separate letters to show "Our" disapproval.

I have an email  in to Bob Napier, Bobby_Napier@brown.edu, of
Skyscrapers  who has been working on dark sky issues for awhile and
still haven't heard back from him as of yet.  

All of us should start writing as well.
