Hi Lew,

I've been having the same problem contacting Doug since early this morning.
I figured it's a problem on AOL's end and that it would resolve itself, but
it hasn't so far.  Doug, if you're reading this, I'd like to second Lew's
request for an alternate e-mail address (you're so popular!).
