Sorry - I've seen a couple of references to this old book over the years, but 
have never seen a copy. It's the type of thing that might be collecting dust 
in some of the larger city libraries; Providence would be worth a try. Texts 
this old make for very interesting reading, since our knowledge has advanced 
so much since. I still enjoy reading sections of my family's 1911 edition of 
the Encyclopedia Britannica for just that reason!
