Hi Barry,

Sorry to hear about your misfortune.  Have you tried contacting the electric
company about the new, brighter bulbs?  Perhaps they are not aware that the
new bulbs are a disturbance to you.  A quick call with an explanation may
take care of the problem.  You never know until you try.
