Steve I am sure this was done by request of the management of the
apartment complex.  I have approached them on several issues in the past
including their use of fertilizers that find their way into Narragansett
Bay and traffic speed issues to protect the children who live here.
Bottom line is they do not have a social conscience and do nothing, and
I end up being the "trouble maker" everytime I walk into the office with
these complaints. One person can only do so much.
