Hi Les,

If it were possible to will the bad weather away, I'm sure that you'd be 
leading the charge - with a little help from your astro friends. Alas, it's 
just not to be. :o(

That's why it is always nice to have another reason - like your astronomy 
classes - for heading fearlessly to FDO. The Sky Theater will virtually 
guaranty at least a small crowd at the park 52 weeks a year, even when it's 
like pea soup outdoors. Only the nastiest winter storms will force 
cancellations. We'll just have to be sure that we have plenty of programs "in 
the can", ready to go on short notice. 

Even if it's clear next week, I'm sure we can find time to hash over the 
plans for the Theater some more - there's been a lot of good input from 
everyone now that you've received the drawings.
