Hi Les,

I watched the shuttle launch this afternoon on CNN, and wished that I had a 
clear view to the south & southeast horizon (I don't) - it may have been 
visible, as you had suggested earlier. I just read a post from a fellow named 
Ted Nichols near Harrisburg, PA, who got a good look at it from a hilltop 
near his home. From FDO we'd have had a shot. The combined shuttle and space 
station will be making a decent pass over FDO on Friday - but just a couple 
of minutes before 6 PM. (Good for early birds).
