vis-a-vis the town.

Precisely the point I was making to Lew. FDO's staff, though small in number, 
is VERY enthusiastic. Draw in support from other groups like Skyscrapers and 
the astronomy clubs over in eastern CT and up in southeastern MA, and we just 
might pull off a great event. Charlestown and FDO provide the facilities, 
others contribute organizational horsepower, and Mother Nature provides the 
velvety black skies.  :o)

Certainly worth exploring!
