Re: (SNES) Planetary Alignment Photos



On top of the 16" is a camera mount that substitutes lead weights for
a camera.  In theory all that needs to be done is remove those weights,
and attach the camera (prefereably before the scope is started).

While the scope is clock-driven, it is also on an alt-az mount, so there
will be a problem with field rotation.  I have virtually no astro-photo
experience, though, so I don't know where in the sky the rotation is
better or worse or how that will affect this particular photo.  Good luck,
