(SNES) Darker Skies?

Hi Guys,

I'm not sure if you've heard.. but a Dark Sky Bill (H3528) has passed the 
Massachusetts House and Senate on August 1. Within about a week (either 
Aug 10 or 11th, I forget), Jane Swift needs to sign off, and MA will be 
the 8th state to have a Dark Sky law.  This is definitely good news. There 
has been a good deal of talk on the subject on the ATM's of Boston discuss 
list.  I won't say much more about it as I don't have all of the details 
offhand at the moment, but things look pretty promising. No one is 
screaming out loud and jumping just yet.. too much noise could bring 
anti-dark sky advocates out of the woodwork ..heheh.. ;P I don't get it.. 
if it helps us enjoy the night sky, conserve energy, and reduce expenses.. 
whats wrong with it?
