Hi Steve,

Now........the military should love your suggestion. They've got all these 
high tech Apache helicopters that they've been afraid to use in combat. 
(Seems they have a nasty habit of being shot down.) But they can lift like 
crazy - just what we need for cloud dispersal down at FDO!
