Gary,
It is definitely NOT a Perseid as far as I can see. Here is my reasoning.
The trail is curved slightly on a time exposure. If it had been a meteor
streaking across the sky it would have been a straight line. A satellite
traveling while the shutter was opening would move in a straight line
against the stellar background. You will notice that the depth of the "bow"
is exactly the same depth as the star trails! In other words, as the
satellite went "straight" the sky "bent" by the amount of the star trails.
Finally, some other things which seem wrong. I cannot see the whole sky, but
unless I miss my guess the radiant is wrong. Finally, authentic meteor
trails are seldom uniform in width. As the meteor heats up and bits fall off
it, a bright meteor usually forms a illuminated fireball globe. There is no
such indication here.
