Hi Steve,
Thanks for the great link. I'd heard that Cartes had some such thing in the
works. Finally, what appears to be a top flight lunar atlas for our PCs!
I just downloaded the program and will play with it tonight while all of you
FDOers are out enjoying the spectacular clear and moonless skies that seem to
be in the works - what a long wait it's been! Down here in Florida the muggy
weather continues to make real observing virtually impossible, although I'll
be heading out to the St. Petersburg Club's dark sky site tomorrow night
anyway - just in case we get some drying out. They're observatory is only 25
minutes east of me, while it's a good hour and 10 minutes from St. Pete.
Good luck to all tonight; if I were up there I'd sure be psyched for an
all-nighter!
