RE: (SNES) A rare, bright asteroid occultation
Doug,
I was about to post that I couldn't get you're occultation to show up in
SkyMap, but fortunately I reread your message. Needless to say, Nemusa won't
occult 19 Piscium next week, no matter how hard I try to make it happen :-)
It is an occultation of the 5.9-mag. Hyades star ZC 593 by the asteroid
(431) Nephele that can be seen even with binoculars.

It states that it will occur "over most of southern New England (including
the whole Boston area and southern New Hampshire) at 1:48 UT (8:48 pm EST
Nov. 2)."
