(SNES) Cleaning LPR Filters

I own Lumicon Deep-Sky and O-III LPR filters. I also have an Orion
Ultrablock filter. Can someone
who owns one of these filters recommend how to clean them? I'm leery of
using alcohol, although it may in fact be okay. Filters are definitely dirty
even though they are kept in dustproof cases when not in use. Syringe air
blasts not effective, and I'm wary of scratching them with a camel hair
brush. Did not receive any cleaning instructions from makers of filters.
